Capturing Contentment in the Everyday…
This week had a whole lot of “real” going on, and not the kind you want to remember in pictures (croup, colds, poison ivy). Fortunately, however, we did manage some pictures of good times!
Pretty
Happy
The kids made these foam pumpkins for Art class this week. The second pumpkin is supposed to be a Robin Hood pumpkin–see the feather in his “hat”?
Funny
Hamming it up at the Scout Camp (he got to go with Daddy since Rascal was sick).
Real
We had been using a photo card for our camera that was supposed to automatically download pictures or something like but it didn’t do very well so we switched back to our old photo card, and wouldn’t you know I found pictures on it from the first week Miss Munchkin was home.
Here she is today at 2 months.
Can we say: “They grow up so fast”?!
More real: She’s two months old and I still have a huge stack of birth announcements to mail. Yikes!
Beautiful place to live 🙂 I love the mountains too and miss them so much here.
And that Robin Hood pumpkin is great!
I love how they suddenly wake up and realize that everyone else is here, too! Beautiful.
We’ve had our first colds and coughs this week too. Love the baby transformation!
I remember those boy scout days! Too bad for Rascal, but a real treat for Dinosaur!
By the way, I love where we live, too.
What a lovely view. We love living in the mountains.
Blessings,
Dawn
