Capturing Contentment in the Everyday…
Last weekend, Miss Munchkin was baptized. She is the tenth girl to wear the family baptismal gown, made by my grandmother in the 1950s. The ceremony was beautiful as always.
Princess made dinner for an old rag doll, borrowing one brother’s lunch box and another brother’s desk for the occasion.
The boy on the left is making a face at one of his aunts on the other side of the baptismal font, but he totally looks as if he just put something in the holy water.
Sometimes you just have to crash.
