It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. So on Thursday of each week, we do exactly that.
1) 20 more quarts of applesauce processed and pantried and only one more bushel of apples to go.
2) This week Haus Meister had to drive across the state to take Trooper to a new pediatric neurologist. I made sure to set out the night before Trooper’s clothes, a travel breakfast for him, and the necessary notes and records for the new doctor. My men had to leave at 5am and made it to the appointment in time. The appointment went very well–it’s nice to have found someone who wants to help our little guy. We’re finding that there is a difference between helping and treating.
3) Belongs to Princess. The regression seems to have passed on and now she’s back on track to No More Diapers. The contraband bag of Dum Dum lollipops mentioned in the All Hallows Eve post is contributing greatly to this progress. 😉
Love it! Contraband comes in handy at our place too sometimes.
Way to go on your successes this week!
Hooray for Princess! And I’m happy to hear that the new neurologist is working out well. There is indeed a difference between helping and treating.
